 Tobe offers precision machining including turning and milling utilizing multi-functional turning centers including:

• Haas 4 axis CNC Vertical machining centers
• Haas CNC lathe
• Charmilles Wire EDM (47" x 27.5" x 15.75" holding capacity,  21" x 13.5" x 15.75" cutting capacity)
• Plus a variety of lathes,  mills, grinders, tapping machines, etc

Tobe weldors are highly skilled craftsman utilizing a variety of welding methods including TIG, MIG, Stick, Spot, Brazing, and Stud. These options allow us to handle various types of metals, produce high quality welds, and ensure our products can endure rugged, long term service.

 Bending, shearing, and piercing operations are easily handled at Tobe utilizing automated control (CNC), giving us the ability to achieve complex, accurate, and consistent results. Our machines include:

• Cincinnati Laser (6' x 12' x 1" capacity; 5000 watts)
• Jet Edge Waterjet (6' x 12' x 7" thick capacity and 2-head cutting)
• Cincinnati 5 axis CNC press brake (120" x 90 tons)
• HTC Press Brake (144" x 300 tons)
• Various rolls, notchers, shears and tube benders

Tobe utilizes SolidWorks software to produce fully detailed manufacturing drawings and Camworks and IGEMS for programming our machines giving us the ability to design, analyze and build your projects.

In many cases we not only make parts, we assemble these parts into fully built complex machines so our customers receive a complete and ready to use assembly.

We are experienced in working with all types of materials including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, red metals, and plastics.

Tobe offers a variety of finishing options including heat treating, anodizing, painting, powder coating, zinc plating, sand blasting, and tumbling among others, completed both in-house and using trusted vendors.
